Products
From model to verified weld.
Seven separate products, each with a defined job. Combine them as each cell, machine and project requires.
- 01ModelObtain the geometry
- 02ProgramGenerate the robot program
- 03LocateMatch the program to the real part
3D part localisationThe program meets the part as it really is.FalconEye® is a robot-mounted 3D vision system that measures the part in the cell before welding, compares it with the nominal model and corrects the robot's path to the real position and geometry.Explore FalconEye®
Tactile part localisationThe welding wire is already a sensor.TouchMaster® uses the welding wire as a probe. By touching reference surfaces of the part it measures where the part actually is and shifts the welding program accordingly, without adding a camera or sensor head to the cell.Explore TouchMaster®
- 04ExecuteRun and adapt the process
- 05InspectMeasure and record the result
00CommissionCalibrate the cell itself: the foundation every program relies on
Combining products
Independent products. Composable when it helps.
Each product addresses one decision in the welding workflow and can be deployed on its own. A cell may run Lumen Weld® with TouchMaster®; another may add FalconEye®; a heavy fabrication line may only need Quantum®.
Which products make sense depends on the parts, the machines and the project. That conversation starts with your parts.
